How Allshift works
The Allshift transmission works on the basis of a manual transmission, supplemented by electromechanical drives. This ensures automatic operation of the clutch and shifter. The drives are controlled via the electronics module, in which special software is installed. To shift to a lower gear, the driver moves the shift lever to the “-” position or to the “+” position to shift to a higher gear. To switch to automatic, the driver moves the lever to the “A” position.
